I thought I would post some progress
of Northern Tranquility.
At the beginning of April
I began the top left three pages
and here is the output of the past month:
then, low and behold,
look what I found in the mail last Friday,,,
right out of New England.
This has been a fun stitch
especially in knowing where it will end up.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~
I am still working on a few of the little's
which I take with me
when I have time to wait somewhere
and today they will be by my side
for the entire day
as I go off to physio again
and then prepare for a long wait
for an visit with the man with golden hands
and some damn fine talents in joint replacement!
Everything is working very well
in that department
and cutting the lawn, gardening,
and going for walks
are back in a typical day
here @ Henley's Landing
Speaking as someone who has had two TKR's
in the last14 months,
I would do in again in a heartbeat !
but of course now I won't have to worry about that
and I am so happy to be able to just get up and go!
Do I?
meh
.....sometimes.....
coz ya know,
sometimes you have to get a new colour,
or a refill of your fav beverage,
or just coz a girls gotta pee,
lol
Cheers to whatever gets you going!
That's a great amount of stitching!!! Nice to hear your knee's are working well again! I can't imagine having to go through that, twice!
ReplyDeleteNT is very impressive! You've made awesome progress. I'm glad things are going so well with the knee replacement. How's the bending when you're gardening? I know you're not supposed to kneel, right?
